Many clients look to Project Economics to be their representatives throughout a project as a complement to our Quantity Surveying services.
We work closely with our clients to determine their requirements, identify their key issues & concerns and assess their risk profile. We then liaise with the project team and influence the design and build process to make sure our clients’ interests are represented through every stage of the project.
Client representation can include:
- Any of our core Quantity Surveying services
- Our client nominating us to act as Engineer to the Contract
- Administering contractual obligations between the client and the contractor
- Project management services
- Liaising with design consultants and others on the project team
